dressed to write

What to wear when you want to write a good novel? Chapter one: jeans; chapter two: a skirt; chapter three: a dress; chapter four: shorts.

Or when you want to receive a prize for a good novel? (see above)

Do I want to know, because I just want to read the book that has been written. I do not need to know whether it was written with a pencil or a tablet or a typewriter.

And the dress? Well, I am not so sure anymore after I have read this article on Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.

I enjoy reading about Africa. New books. Old books. By African writers. By non-African writers. Novel. History. Travel. Biographies. Autobiographies. Politics. Colonialism. Poetry.
