jurist presents book on constitutional law

In many African countries the constitution is debated. When a president wants to prolong his stay in office, but he is blocked by the constitution of his country, there suddenly arises the need to discuss the quality of the constitution and the need to change the constitution. Some leaders like to be in power. They are to protect the constitution, but are very willing to change the constitution to prolong their stay and their status.

An Angolan lawyer wrote a book on constitutional law.
