I enjoy reading about Africa. New books. Old books. By African writers. By non-African writers. Novel. History. Travel. Biographies. Autobiographies. Politics. Colonialism. Poetry.

  1. I don’t like how this year’s Caine Prize shortlist is a dichotomy between Nigeria and South Africa. I thought it would represent Africa wholly – like last year’s shortlist did. Meh

      1. Yeaah. The shortlist was: 2 NIgerians, 2 South Africans and 1 Zambian. *sigh*. Maybe they didn’t get impressive enough entries from other countries? Hmm, I just wonder.
