tunesian novel wins

For the eighth time a winner has been announced for the International Prize for Arabic Fiction (IPAF). The winner this time comes form the North African country Tunesia. His name is Shukri al- Mabkhout. He is not a fulltime writer, he is an administrator at a Tunesian university.
