british research fellow laments decline of nigerian travel writing

She turned up at the lion’s den when she adressed the gathering at an International Lecture Series titled: “Journey to the Hinterland: The Rise of Nigerian Travel Writing in Yoruba and English, 1923-1937,”. Her name is dr. Rebecca Jones and she was present at Ondo, Nigeria. She told the audience to pay attention to the use of Yoruba, not just in travelwriting, but in all writing. Kudos.
