Maybe you think a military man may not be a chosen vessel for literature. He (or she) is a person of the gun, of the fatigue, and not of the pen. But this is a mistake. Soldiers do write, even books. Even generals do write books. Nigeria is a good example. One general wrote a book title My War. It was not quite a private war for he was fighting to keep the Nigerian federation together.
