Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, a humanist on and off the page

Are young people dumbfounded by the presence of the Nigerian writer Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie? It looked like that when she addressed a group students at a high school in the United States of America. Finally a young man asked a first question and he was subtly reprimanded.
