There are lists and lists. I do not know what kind of list this is. Here you will find a list of 23 books as an appetizer for those of you who are not so very much familiar with the books coming from the African continent and from writers who live in the diaspora.  

Strangely enough there are no book s from African writers from northers Africa. Sub Saharan Africa is carrying the day. I assume the northern African country do form a black spot for the one who compiled this list.
