One of the important publishing houses in Egypt is the American University in Cairo Press. It is a long name and a name with a long tradition. There is one man who worked at this House for 30 years and he will retire an the end of October. During all these years he has been involved in preparing many publications, he has seen many translations come to the light. In this article he recounts some of  the books that he guided till publication.
