The Ms. Q&A: Akwaeke Emezi on Freshwater and Finding Home

The multicultural writer Akwaeke Emezi is working on a long term project concerning parts of her roots in the Igbo tradition from southern Nigeria. She is working on books that present the worldview in which the the spirit ogbanje features prominently. Her debut novel is Freshwater and in this interview she talks and answers.
